Port Stephens Motel

Location

We booked three rooms. Missing cutlery and glasses in some rooms. Leaking tap in one room. Policy to place towels in the shower if you want to get them replaced. On the last day before we checked out, in one room all towels were removed even though no towels were placed in the shower and new towels were not given. We had to use our beach towels instead. We checked out early and did not stay for the last night. Sent a message to motel about what happen after we left on the night. Received a call from the motel the next morning asking if we took towels. We explained what happened and got an apology which we appreciate but the damaged was done.

Quiet but convenient location

Room was dark outside table was filthy. Not enough pillows not enough plates or cutlery. Sliding door to outside area was very difficult to open & close, needs attention

Room was clean and comfortable. Was close to where we were working and could check in after hours

Great location, short walk to get to the Marina/water. Bed was comfortable.

The shower spurted water to the ceiling at fast speed. Cheese ball chips under the bed. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in dispensers. Was woken early to doors slamming.
