Staff where extremely friendly....accomodating and helpful.....breakfast was 1st class with little to no delay in serving

Not much realy it was all excellent to begin with...

The location suited our needs very well. Of course the sharp turn off the busy A1 is challenging. Rooms (2) were quirky but excellent. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space. Breakfast food excellent.

he breakfast time window was short, so the poor single staff member was rushed off her feet. Accordingly the wait was sometimes difficult

Attic room was a bit small and low in parts. TV small and hard to see from the bed.

Room was not as it appeared. Musty and unclean, and no lock on the door. Fortunately we had to leave unexpectedly shortly after arriving, due to a work commitment, but the owner didn’t even entertain the idea of a refund, even a partial one for the second night. We then checked booking.com later and they re-advertised the room for the nights we had paid for, to double their profit.
