Room was adequate, if a bit rustic. Good shower and bed. Varied choice at breakfast. Helpful host providing advice about best places for evening meal. Reasonably good value.

Limited and difficult access from the A1. Air conditioner in room which we were not able to get heat from.

The place was quirky, room was sufficient for one night.

Breakfast was rushed, cooked plate came out before we had finished cereal. Wasn't as tasty as expected. We were in the calf pen room. The step into the shower is very high. Was ok for us, but may not suit everyone.
