Sijainti on erinomainen vain muutaman minuutin päässä rautatieasemalta, mutta kuitenkin hieman hiljaisemman kadun varrella, joten hotelliin ei tule meteliä. Perheelliselle erityistä plussaa olivat leikkinurkkaus, ilmaiset virvokkeet sekä mahdollisuus perhevuoroon kylpylässä. Patjat olivat mukavat ja hotelli rauhallinen. Työntekijät olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita.

Perhehuone oli melko pieni. Lattialle ei jäänyt juuri tilaa neljän patjan kanssa, kuvista olimme saaneet vaikutelman, että huoneessa olisi ollut pieni oleskelusyvennys. Tämä ei kuitenkaan haitannut liikaa, sillä lähinnä kävimme hotellissa nukkumassa.

very old and dirty - everything , uncomfortable sleep mat. I have slept on traditional Japanese sleep mat before, it was very comfortable. The room, blankets and mats had an “old moldy” smell. I couldn’t wait to check out and move to the next hotel.

Colazione e cena serviti in una sala per nulla tradizionale e tipo mensa.

京都駅から徒歩数分というパーフェクトな立地。 お風呂も気持ちよく、毎日散々歩いて疲れ切った体を癒すことができました。 フロントスタッフはとても感じが良く、サービスも素晴らしかった。 またとても広々としたお部屋をいただいて感謝してます。 ぜひまた泊まりたいと思いました。

I like how the room is spacious and very close to many restaurants plus station. This place is very convenient.

The smell of the room entrance and bathroom is terrible. Entrance smells like waste, and bathroom smells like urine. The plastic seat next to the bathtub is literally yellow.
