Kyoto Hotel SANOYA

한국인직원분이 계셔서 더 편하게 질문도 하고 도움을 받았습니다 하프보드로 예약했는데 아침저녁식사 모두 좋았습니다 대욕장도 넓지는 않지만 깨끗해서 잘이용했습니다 1층에 마련된 음료와 맥주도 마시고 외출시마다 열쇠를 맡기는데 들어오면 바로 얼굴 알아보고 열쇠도 주시고 대체적으로 모든직원분이 친절합니다 역에서도 가까워서 교토에 다시오면 또 이용할 것 같습니다

Posizione perfetta, acqua e birra gratuita, onsen aperta fino a mezzanotte, stanza dagli spazi buoni. Staff accogliente.

La colazione poco fornita, l’odore cattivo che proveniva dal corridoio (la nostra stanza era accanto a una stanza dove cucinavano e/o tenevano le pentole e il cibo…), hotel comunque vecchiotto.

The availability of a family-use onsen was convenient for our co-ed family to be able to enjoy the baths together. Very traditional ryokan with mattresses on the floor felt like an authentic Japanese experience. Liked that they provided pyjamas and robes. Location was very good, near Kyoto station.

Felt slightly dated, though I suppose that was part of the charm.

Location is right next to Kyoto station. The choice of pajamas is so cute. The room size is huge . Breakfast is very traditional and nice experience, so be prepared and don’t expect something western there.

It’s a bit old and needs updating, but it’s clean and the staff is trying their best.

Ottima posizione, di fianco alla Kyoto Tower e con la stazione a 50 metri. Personale accogliente, free drinks (anche birra!) e camere stile giapponese con futon

Ascensori vecchi, avere cena e colazione incluse ha fatto alzare parecchio il prezzo ma purtroppo non sono state all’altezza (magari solo per i miei gusti…)

Chambre et onsen très agréable !

The food was very good, everything was clean and organized. The onsen was tattoo friendly. The people working there where very nice and polite.

L'Onsen délicieux est clairement ce qui compense le coût de cette nuit. L'emplacement était aussi pratique compte tenu de nos activités. La séparation de la douche et des WC était appréciable.

Certaines partie de la chambre avaient une vague odeur d'ordures. La gestion des lumières intérieures est catastrophique, pas d'éclairage réglable depuis le futon ce qui nécessite de se relever pour tout éteindre. Nous étions dans une chambre en partie basse (3e) avec un éclairage extérieur minimal - ou alors nous n'avons pas compris comment le gérer pour ouvrir la partie opacitiante de la fenêtre. La formule petit déjeuner le matin n'est pas bon marché compte tenu de la qualité proposée à notre sens, mais cela reste une expérience.
