clean enough for a Saturday night quick trip to visit family. Too many people so I headed to the hotel.

It is a.mom and pop operated place but the rooms were very ckean and the staff was great. I would stay again. The only thing lacking was no swiming pool

The staff was very helpful and tge room was very clean.

I liked the fact that the property was actually located in DeRidder, not in Leesville. The hotel was c mm mmmmogul

D property manager would not set out breakfast because there is Not enough guest at the hotel. The hotel Room was made up with the beds but was not clean because there is trash still from the previous customer underneath the bed runner in not to mention insects were in the Room

They cancelled the room because they said they did not have any available and said they let you all know but my card was still charged.

Nothing about this place is good they are so rude. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there.

Let me start by saying the worst hotel I have been in my life. I arrived late and booked online prior requesting non smoking room. Upon entrance all I smelled was cigarettes. Toilet was very unclean. That’s not all I tried lay in bed and the pillows were bloody with old blood on the pillow cover! Unbelievable. I have never experienced such a thing. They need to have a site visit by someone to experience the truth. Do not even think about going there. I took photos and Unfortunately not allowing me to post for you to see . Once you see it you can judge for yourself!

The beds were not comfortable. Apparently you can’t checkout before 6am because nobody is there.

No one at the front desk. The room had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, piazza, food, used drinks all over the place. All the towels were used and laying on the floor. I called for another room, he wouldn't answer the phone. The next day I asked for my money back and he refused. I told him I will NEVER be back. I still want a full refund for this terrible service.
