They give master keys out. A man walked into my room with a key while i was in bed. When i jumped up he ran off. Management then began to argue with me that it didn't happen and hung up in my face 2 times. Cigarette butts sitting in sink. No toilet paper in room at check in

Terrible service. My son was working in the area for an extended stay. Not only was it difficult to get towels on a regular basis but on 3 separate occasions he had things go missing from his room. When he took his complaint to the desk, he was told to take it up with house keeping. If you want clean and secure, look elsewhere

The first morning of our stay the house keeper knocked on our door at 8, we wasn't even awake yet after a long drive but politely said we wouldn't need room service that day. I did end up getting a couple new towles and more coffee filters from front desk. After we left for the day and came back found out she came in our room anyway, fortunately it doesn't appear she took anything but didn't replace the stuff she took out of our room ( floor towel, hand towels, and wash rags.) When we came back to park both nights of our stayed we barely could get out of our car the first night due to spaces being so close together, second night had to park all the way up by the office and walked to the back. The continental breakfast was quite the joke went up there first morning at 9 was just packaged muffins, cinnamon rolls, and couple chocolate doughnuts. Second morning at 8 went up to check out 3 cinnamon rolls, 6 muffins, half eaten doughnut, and what looked like day old coffee. In summation the next time we go to fort Polk to see our son stationed there we wont be staying again.

The room was tidy and clean. The soaps were nice and the shower had good pressure. The fridge and microwave were quite useful. Also, the dog fee was reasonable. On the downside, the room, and therefore the bed, were at a slanted angle. The landscaping was dilapidated. And the window/AC unit let in a lot of noise from the outside.

Shower did not have any pressure or hot water, heater/ac only ran at 1 temperature and 1 speed no matter the selection. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

When we got there we waited almost an hour before someone came to help. They checked us in and we were about to go to our rooms and the lady comes running and yelling that we need a new room that one is full. We get a new room, and someone’s stuff is in it. Someone was staying in that room too! Finally we get a room. It’s not the one we paid for but it had a bed. It smelled awful like musty all the time.

NO REFUND!!!!!!!! I pay weekly for hotels when I travel for business because I don't know when I will be laid off. I was working days and chose to pay the night before to avoid check out time. Communication is key for me as traveling is a part of my career and livelihood. Upon asking if this hotel reimburses money if you check out before checkout time, do you get a refund? I was told yes. After my 3rd week, another job opportunity came along and having paid the night before for a full week of $395, I was fully packed and out of the room 2 hours before checkout time. The staff suddenly could not speak English well and kept insisting that they give me a "0" balance!!!!! What?!?! You owe me $395. Corporate said they were an independent chain and there was nothing they could do. Still no refund after 1 year. Basically $400 given to the hotel for a week that I didn't stay one minute in. (That week) I will never go back.
