GBPool was closed and the bar closed at 7.pm due to lack of customers and l wouldn't recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy. On a plus side, we found a couple of nice pubs in town, so all the hotel was good for was sleeping and checking out.

GBGreat location with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. Just a short walk from both the town center and the beach, making it convenient for exploring. There’s also a pharmacy and an all-night Tesco Express nearby for any essentials. Plus, a bus stop is within easy reach for further convenience. The place also provides plenty of information about things to do in Newquay, making it perfect for tourists.
Car park was a nightmare. Most of the time we had to rethink using our car as we may return and dont have a place to park the car. BIG car park next to the hotel BUT you have to pay for your car to park in, £15 a day... Why dont the hotel have an agreement with the parking area that guests displaying a ticket btained from the hotel can park for free?

Everything! We were promised the use of the swimming pool for our children when I booked, they said it was out of use when we arrived and promised we could use it before we checked out the following morning. The morning came and we were told we couldn't use it. The staff didn't care at all. The games room was terrible, no working toys and nothing to do. There was no air conditioning in the room, very uncomfortable. The hotel needs a complete make over. Complete waste of money and this hotel ruined our holiday.
