Few yellow/brown spots on the one of the pillows. Overall clean!

Lobby is too far of a walk to check in. Self parking for vehicles are horrendous. The room given smells like mold. Front desk charges a cancellation fee for a different reservation from the one I checked into even though another card was used. Even though I stated that I did not authorized that on my card and will not refund it. Scamming elite members! Stay TF away from this place! You’ll regret it!

We own here since 1999. Could not be more happy about the properties. We do not go every year, it happens about every 1-3 years.

We enjoyed the convenience to the airport, shops, restaurants, town and central location to the points of interest. The property was well kept and we enjoyed the pathway along the beach, as well as, comfortable seating above the pool area. The walking path extending beyond the property toward the shops were questionable, notably people living in their vehicles along the water break and harbor.

I had a great experience. The pool and beach view was amazing.

We LOVE this resort!! It is so beautiful here. Everyone who works here is nice and accommodating. The pool is big enough, so everyone feels comfortable. I wish there were more lounge chairs with shade. Food at the resort is good we return here almost yearly because we love Kauai and it's people. We stayed as a Marriott owner and had a 1 bedroom villa....it was perfect!

We arrived late on Monday - great bell staff and desk staff - got us checked in and in our room quickly. Ocean front with great views, so we headed out to the lanai to enjoy the view - but wait!! Someone on the floor below was smoking pot and the stench was terrible - not able to enjoy our lanai that night. Same experience on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Called security, and they came up and tried to find the people to remind them that this is a no smoking resort. Unfortunately we were unable to use our lanai for 3 days, fingers crossed they've moved or decided to follow rules for the remainder of our stay. Security was kind, but possibly their hands are tied for this type of issue. Facilities are great and a wonderful location with a protected beach on site.

We love this Marriott! We own a 2 bedroom timeshare here so all of our feelings are based on that fact. The property is consistently being updated and the pool is truly the best in all of Hawaii- it’s enormous. The views of Kalapaki beach are stunning. All of the servers at Kukui’s for breakfast are so kind and efficient! We love lounging in the outdoor space above the pool, walking around the koi ponds and our requests for amenities are always addressed immediately. We don’t love the bathrooms but they are all slowly being updated. Can’t wait for our next visit.
