Marriott's Kaua'i Beach Club

Very quiet, very private VERY BEAUTIFUL

I really loved most things about this resort and would visit again. I loved it he view and the beach. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 restaurants on site and a bar and gift shop. My only complaints were that the kitchen was very small (no stove or oven) and the resort was so large we got lost a lot. I would visit again though and especially loved the shady beach area with plentiful chairs and grass

We had a fantastic experience here and it exceeded all expectations. The ocean and mountain view from our room was stunning. Our room was freshly updated and the whole resort looked renovated to me, from the towering lobby and grounds overflowing with birds and flowers to the Grecian-style pool. The pool has second-story spaces with overstuffed chairs so you can listen to live music and gaze out at the ocean. Restaurants were excellent; the Mai tai at Duke’s was way too stiff for me to drink, but we loved the rest. There is a bakery voted best of the islands, Kauai Bakery, five minutes away. There’s a nearby Costco and Target if you want to make a sandwich and snorkel at nearby beaches. The resort has a nice sand beach with world-class surfers and reasonable beach rentals also. We just loved it. Sure, there are a few things like low water pressure but you are on an island. Drinks are pricey but you’re oceanfront with live music. In all things that mattered I gave it five stars.

We booked a "Garden View" room, we ended up with the back of the restaurants view! When I complained to management they blamed it on Expedia and said it was because we booked thru the online site!!

Pricey

Visited here once on a day pay while waiting for flight. Included a $25pp credit to use it for what you want (food, drinks, etc). Included a cabana by the beach and access to the pool. Very worth it! Highly recommended! You wont regret coming here while waiting, super comfy and relaxing!

For the price the room absolutely sucked. Very cheaply done not in the least bit attractive. Very warn out The wall in the shower area has definitely seen its day. Tiny tiny couch This rooms compares to a days inn Bird poop all around the pool - I know there are tons of birds here but the other resort we stayed at for a week was immaculate. Not even a bottle of water in the room. I’m a Marriott member and the best they could do was 1 hour early for check in. The drinks at the pool are extremely watered down - that was everyone complaint that I spoke to not just me. Very disappointed. This room cost me about 550 for 1 night and was worth maybe 1/2 that.

Oh my goodness!!! This resort is fabulous! First of all, Kaua’i is paradise, second the staff here are so helpful and kind, third the accommodations are clean and very comfortable. The landscaping on this spacious property is out of this world. They are not as luxurious as some properties I’ve stayed in, but with the lovely view and access to the ocean, beautiful pool and convenient restaurants, I rate Marriott Kaua’i Beach Club a 5 out of 5! Whoever wrote a bad review is either an unhappy person or a competitor.
