The towels were stained very bad,sink stopped up. Had to hold toliet to flush.

Mildew in tub and bedbugs and they didn’t vacuum at all and they didn’t clean all dust and pool water isn’t clear refrigerator is dirty

No signage on the building or in parking lot if we were in correct place. Hot tub was not working. No free breakfast was available.

Its the worst places I had ever stayed everything is bad on this hotel stay away from people.

The hotel was under construction and we were not made aware of this before our stay. It was mostly clean and okay but the entire place felt like it was in disarray with an elevator not working, mold in the bathtub, doors not fully closing to the bathroom, gouges out of the walls, and paint and repair items everywhere even on the floors holding the guests. I think this all wouldn't have been as jarring if I had been made aware of it ahead of time.

Totally under construction, every carpet dirty with plastic, wall paper wall board, hasn’t been clean. Room bath dirty Should be closed during renovations. If it wasnt so late on arriving I would have gone elsewhere!

Not a bad hotel for the price. I’ve stayed in worse and also better. If you’re excited because in the pictures they have a nice outside pool. Don’t be because it’s closed. Also the hot tub is broken. Even if you wanted to use it the room it’s in is not ventilated well at all so it’s hot in their. At least the construction noise wasn’t too bad

Upon approaching the hotel, the entire front was covered in scaffolding. Loose boards dangerous for any guests let alone children. Entering the check in every area was being worked on with construction. Our room was normal, except for the window was cracked and had huge gaping holes and exposed broken glass. When I checked in, the hotel knew I had two small children with me this was an extremely hazardous room. Breakfast was in the hallway of the construction everything was cold. The temperature inside the refrigerator read 50° where they kept sausage biscuits. This refrigerator temperature was dangerously too hot. There were ants in the cereal container. Overall, this stay was horrible.

The whole stay was terrible, upon arrival construction mess everywhere, facility and room filthy, unless hotel.com do something to compensate me then will never use again!

I ordered a 2-bed room, but they gave me a 1-bed room without any explanation or apology. The room smelled like weed even though I ordered a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the employees were friendly, the room looked clean, and the price was reasonable.
