We checked in and went to the dirties hotel room I’ve ever seen. I went right back down and demanded a refund and checked out. The guy obliged to the request. Don’t stay here.

It was under renovation, but still appeared clean. Room was nice size. The king bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. Id love to know what kind of mattress it is! The bath towels were on the small size. Smaller than average. Breakfast was just cold cereal as far as we could see. Didn't see coffee. Overall a nice place

Building upgrade taking place so some things not functioning as expected (ac on first floor, hot tub, breakfast area) - but these were minor inconveniences. The remodel will be a great improvement and staff are doing a great job keeping things clean. I would stay here again.

Renovations are currently happening, but the hotel rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

We didn’t get the room we were supposed to. We were supposed to go get a King bed and a pullout and we had to go up front after we were put in a room that wouldn’t work. Construction was going on, no mention of that. Construction was going on everywhere, parking lot was a mess, had to park further away because of construction vehicles. This wasn’t a good stay. We were not happy about this stay. No sheet for the pullout bed was available after we moved rooms. My wife could smell dog poop in the room in the middle of the night, because they let pets in.

Not all that clean. Pools was dirty and hot tub didnt work. Room wasnt very clean and noisy during the day due to construction taking place

The place is currently under construction, which can’t be helped it needs to happen, but put something on the website or something to note that. None of the amenities were opened, one of my beds were broken, fixtures in the room were not there. Overall complete false advertising to the pictures shown.

The property was undergoing major renovation. We were not informed of that. Property was very dirty, Breakfast and morning coffee were very poor.

Nothing in the room worked. No TV, no fridge, no fridge, no microwave. Couldn't change rooms.
