Under renovation. Exposed electric in the pool area. Place stunk. Hot tub cold. Breakfast was a complete joke. Place should be condemned.

Under construction so some mess was understandable but ac didn’t work hot tub was cold and room wasn’t clean with bugs

I do not recommend this hotel. Property is not advertised correctly. This hotel is under construction around the exterior, including building facade, outdoor pool and in the lobby. Upon check in, the complimentary breakfast is mentioned that it’s a “cold breakfast.” Outdoor pool was closed. On the interior, doors require repair, walls need to be professionally painted, and could use a massive cleaning. We arrived and after going upstairs to our room, immediately left and requested refund.

Rooms were nice and spacious. There was a lot of construction and renovations going on, but I'm sure it'll all turn out fine when it's done.

The room itself was very comfortable, although the microwave was broken. Just before I arrived (15 minutes) the desk called me to cancel my reservation because of a broken water line; I did not have time to book another room, so I stayed regardless, going to work without a shower or shave. Two days later, the cleaning staff broke into my room; I told them to leave. An older gentleman (I'll assume he was a manager) brought another young man with him, I assume to intimidate me. It was all very unnecessary; I would never stay at this facility again, even if it were free.

Major renovations in progress, water got shut off the first night and was not back on at checkout time!! No compensation for the inconvenience.

Pretty good place overall. The only downfall is it's under construction right now but other than that seems like a nice place.

The stay was okay. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. There was slamming doors all night long. However the kindness of the workers were great they were trying to control the situation except did nothing about the air conditioner. They’re going under construction so I’m hoping that’s why I said it wasn’t good. They do need to work on more of their remodeling.

The air wasn’t working, couldn’t used the outside pool, and it wasn’t a good variety of breakfast.
