Location, room, hot tub, spa, restaurant, staff all perfect. Thank you.

Location was perfect,

1_Reception staff wasn't so professional 2-they didnt turn on the heater all night long , but turned it off around 5 o'clock in morning which our baby was feeling cold

Quiet location, picturesque area around, the room was clean, warm, all necessary facilities present. Breakfast was delicious and diverse.

Lovely location. Great pub. Good food. Very attentive staff.

Pub seating was a little uncomfortable and dated. But that was only slight criticism.

Food excellent and the staff were all so lovely Nice walks around The Hand Hot tub and sauna was a nice treat

Our bed was too small but probably my fault for booking the smaller room ! Will know next time

The whole experience was great, from the moment we walked in, we were escorted to our room, which was very welcoming. I loved the fact that the owners were workin, not sitting there expectingvtheir staff to do ecerything. They were very hands on Foid was excellent, service was excelkent I asked for a bottle of Prosecco to be in our room on arrival, and it was in an ice bucket and 2 gkasses (even though we all forgot it was in their fridge when we left, and had to go back!)

Just a very tiny niggle, our waste paper basket was not emptied which was a little disappointing. We only got biscuits in our room the first day. One of the loops on the dressing giwn was broken, and there were no chocolates on the pillow, unless I assume this is for the Executive rooms (the video shows these) These are very tiny niggles as we loved it, and will certainly be back x
