You get what you pay for, the bathroom in our room really needed to be updated and deeply cleaned, the room was good, Big downside for us was that the smaller pool was not very clean but it’s the one most people use because it’s a bit less cold, the larger pool which is cleaner was very cold even for us coming from canada, it was a struggle to get in and My toddler just didn’t want to get close to it, it’s the design a it just doesn’t get any sun but it should’ve been heated, this one was of course almost always empty. The service and friendliness at the front desk particularly was great, the Wifi worked, the views and sunsets you get are beautiful here, we went in high season, with a bit upgrading and more cleaning staff this place could be a lot better

The hotel is under renewal, but rooms are still old, rusty locks, the drainage tube of the shower was unscrewed, and it smell bad, some towels were old and looked dirty. Therefore, this is not a good option to stay.

Perfecto hotel para hospedarse un par de días. Está rodeado de restaurantes y está ubicado literalmente frente al mar.

Decent rooms in a nice location. However if you are near the Pool it can be very noisy with people playing loud music

The hotel was okay. The pool was okay but the hot was dirty (bird poop & feathers). The food wasn’t the best but the staff was great.

Luna del Mar is centrally located in a vibrant Manzanillo area, staff is excellent and the Suite plus jacuzzi is marvelous.
