Friendly staff but poor quality of property and lack of cleanliness. Left after first night and have not gotten a refund for the 3 remaining nights that I did not use. I had two different reservations and the other did get a refund the same day. The first reservation was prepaid and the second was paid at the property. I am still waiting for my refund for the prepaid reservation even though I was told I was getting my money back soon. I have spoken with Expedia representative a3-4 times about same issue.

Fast reception, good room, very good - excellent breakfast and dinner food. Good place to stay for a couple of nights to rest. This is the third time that we spent time in Luna del Mar. I recommended. Thanks.

I like that it was by the ocean. I didn’t like that it was filthy, dusty, and had webs in the bathroom walls. The air conditioning was not working had to wait for someone to come and fix it. The room was not keep the laminate on the floor was lifting and had gaps they were doing some type of fixing or something at 3am.

"Hotel basico, espacios reducidos."

Un poco decepcionado con el hotel, de inicio me dieron una habitacion sin cama king size que yo habia reservado. El hotel es chico, y habia dos albercas en reparacion y sin funcionar. El acceso a la playa pienso pueden mejorarlo tambien.
