"Identity Crisis"

Stayed on IHG loyalty points and apparently got assigned the smallest room they could find, despite reservations well in advance. Got the impression it is sort of an extended stay place for some guests. You can see they are trying to an extent, with maybe a few items upgraded over the years, but mostly pretty worn. The staff seemed nice enough, but it was too dirty to overlook that part.

"Friendly front desk staff"

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood and appreciate the friendly staff at the front desk. My room was clean and pretty comfortable and i like the free parking. I will stay here again.

"Great place except for light issues"

The staff was wonderful but the outside lights on the ground lighting up the building keep me awake most of the night. Please improve your curtains or turn off the outside floodlights on the ground illuminating the entire building.

"Good Choice!"

Good value hotel just off the interstate with several restaurants in walking distance. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Spotless modern laundry. Special mention to "Eric" on check-in, he went to the trouble of going to check that our room was ready when we arrived early. He also found us some scissors.

"Exceptional"

Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was a plus. The price was excellent and comparable to a room at other hotels without a kitchen. I will definitely be back, but i will book a handicap accessible room as the toilets were VERY low and i couldn't shower for fear of slipping.

"Great stay"

I am a travel nurse and I stayed at this location for the last 3 days of my contract in Springfield. The check in process was easy and the front desk person was very nice. The room was very nice and had everything I look for in an extended stay hotel. they had great rates for travel nurses. I would definitely stay here again.
