Candlewood Suites Springfield North, an IHG Hotel

My wife and I had to come back a few hours later to check-in, because people were still in our room way after check-out time.

The staff was friendly and hotel was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again

My credit card info was stolen & this was the only place I used it

Nice Rooms

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times over the past few months. The location is great, safe and the parking lot has plenty of parking spots. Hotel room was clean and AC gets low enough to cool off on these hot and humid summer days. Full size fridge was convenient and I was able to hookup my Roku to the TV. The hotel accomodated a late checkout (we stayed two nights)and the receptionist at the front desk was always nice and ready to help. The only con was the noise level above us and sometimes the hallway had a strange smell. Overall I will continue to stay here when in Springfield.

The staff were kind and welcoming. Check in/out was fast and smooth. However the condition of the room was poor. There was a dirty towel hanging from the door, a face towel covered in hair, and remnants of the last guest left on the chair. It was disgusting. I do not recommend.

Everything was OK. We had trouble with the TV and lighting.

Very clean and friendly service

Hooking a laptop up to the Wi-Fi was impossible! Front desk told me I had to call a support person and by then I was frustrated and it was too late to do my work!

My room number 310 had a slight unpleasant odor. We had to call the front desk and ask for air freshener. We thought it was just general but it could have been the garbage disposal which didn’t work other than that it really was a nice hotel.
