Candlewood Suites Springfield North, an IHG Hotel

I accidentally left valuables in the room. Upon arriving home I realized I was no longer in possession of these valuables. After a frantic search of my luggage it became conclusive I had left them between the bed & nightstand. I had no choice but travel over a hundred miles back to the hotel. The front desk attendant recognized me immediately & retrieve the valuables from where she had kept them safe awaiting my expected return. I cannot express in words the gratitude I have for the rare honesty & integrity of the staff at this facility where I was served with more than just a smile.

Good value for the money, improvements since the renovations are very noticeable!

It was an excellent. The only thing was the coffee machine was not cleaned. But the room itself was excellent. My Aunt said she would definitely stay there again on her next visit.

Booked room for my daughter. She loved it. Room was very clean and hotel was very quiet. Gret stay.

Loved it! Super clean and spacious. The location was perfect too. Close to I-5 yet far away enough for a nice quiet night. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. They also have mini store in their lobby fully stocked with plenty of yummy snacks and basic needs. Definitely coming back here again.

Booked a suite at this pet friendly hotel but was refused access as the suite was not pet friendly. When I asked him to explain he could not. Put us in a cheaper room at a higher price: scammer

This property is exceptional! We were upgraded to a one bedroom studio since they didn’t have a double bed available and it was wonderful. My 17 year old son said that he could move in because it was like a nice apartment. Highly recommend staying here!

We arrived at 3:00, time of checkin and they were running a little behind, and it was due to staff shortage. The clerk at the window was so very kind and apologized many times. However, traveling during COVID-19 and staff shortages, I just go with the flow. We got to our room at 3:30 and it was immaculate!! The air conditioner works wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. I have not one negative comment about this hotel and I recommend it if you need a place to stay.

The stay was pleasant, facility is nice and quiet. Nice surroundings. However, we prepaid for a room with two double beds, we were first given a room with one queen bed, then the best the front desk could do is give us a king bed on first floor because we checked in after 8:00. I think if you pay for a room with two beds in advance, that is what you should expect, regardless of when you check in.

The room we had was very spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays
