"Poor amenities available"

Location

The property advertised WiFi and a flat screen tv. However, when I arrived there was no WiFi and an old wide back television. I needed the WiFi and flat screen television connection for work so the room was not suitable. There was also no reception to make or receive phone calls. When I called reception they confirmed no WiFi available and therefore the room was falsely advertised. When I complained they agreed to call me back after speaking with the manager, instead they blocked my number to prevent me calling again. Very unprofessional.

"Never staying again"

There were no staff present ever, no tea making facilities as said on your site there would be. Room was sub standard at best. I had to step the bed due to water getting on it to find blood marks on the mattress. The only good thing was the person I spoke to in the phone about this did change our room. Again mattress cover has stains on it and mattress in a dubious state. The curtain rail was about to fall off and room was basically cleaned at best. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

"The hotel is very dirty, one could easily pick up diseases. No reception, self-cleaning"

This is the worst hotel i have ever been, if I could rate less than 1, I would. The hotel seemed abandoned and dilapidated.

The floors are very dirty. I had to hoover my room and changed my beddings myself. When I asked the "supposed cleaner" if the rooms don't get cleaned, she said "No, they don't". So once you have checked in, you have to do the cleaning yourself. I begged for a change of bed covers and had to explain why I needed a fresh one. I had a young child with me. Also there's no reception. On getting there, I stood with my bags waiting for a staff member, a girl walked past me, I thought she was a lodger but few minutes later, I saw her with a mop bucket, so, I asked if she worked there. She said yes and I told her, I had booking there. I confirmed my name and she gave me the keys to my room. The room was very small and so hot even after i opened the windows. That evening between 7 and 8pm, I had gone out to get food and got locked out of the main entrance. I tried phoning but there was no answer. I tried the door pin on my email, unsuccessful. I was there like 20 minutes, another lodger came, he tried a different pin number for the door, it was still unsuccessful, he tried phoning a different number and managed to speak to someone but while he was on the phone, a lodger was coming out and managed to open the door from the inside. Those were the only times I saw those two. The next day, I wanted to heat up my baby food, I went down several times before finding the girl (cleaner? ), I begged her to heat up the food, she said I wasn't allowed in the kitchen, I asked if she could help, she said she doesn't know how to use a microwave. My boy who has development challenges was trying to go in and she pushed him saying "tell him not to go in". I took my boy away and told her he doesn't understand. I was appalled by her behaviour. The place seems dodgy and gives ghost Vibes. My fault for not checking reviews before booking. The smell of the place lingered even after several showers.

Bed was soft and comfy, room was clean and tidy. Short - ish walk to town.

Messaged hotel on booking.com before arrival asking a couple of qustions, no reply. Received text with instructions on how to get. Replied to text and booking.com that we didn't have a kettle and one towel. Didn't get a reply but next morning a bag with a towel was outside the room.
