Krabi Resort

It was supposed to be al inclusive, the same menu for 3 days more a lazy pub menu than a hotel. Breakfast till 10 o'clock 8:45 no bread and then by 9 o'clock closing down. We were put in the bar , I've got more of a bar in my shed. The rooms nice till you start looking closely. Only 2 tea bags per day and no tea or coffee through out the day. I've never seen an all inclusive so lacking

Great stay at our villa at Krabi resort. The villa was beautiful and very spacious. Staff could not be more accommodating. Lovely stay!

This was my first visit to karabi with my corporate clients two batches 60 and 64 pax respectively, location is perfect and best , they have a private access to the beach which is wonderful, resort is old but they managing it nicely , it’s not easy to manage such a big resort with so much greenery everywhere and next to beach , Restaurent has a great view of beach , if they renovate the Restaurent elegantly it would be more nice , staff is exceptional and polite and perfect in there work , God bless Krabi resorts

Hidden hotel gem Panan Krabi Resort offers a fantastic, tranquil beachfront location in Ao Nang with beautiful grounds.

When we arrived the staff at reception were very welcoming. Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready so we wandered around the hotel and looked at the beach. We stopped by the bar which is close to the beach and had a drink which was lovely. When our room was ready, we were helped by the bellboy, which was very much appreciated to our room. The room itself was absolutely fine. The bathroom was also fine. Plenty of towels for us all I didn’t think it was dirty it looked clean enough to us the mattress however was extremely hard. I actually think you’d been more comfortable to have slept on the floor. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. They cooked the fried eggs in large batches and then leave them under a heated lamp when you take one it’s like rubber. The rest of the food as well we found quite bland or stodgy and tasteless. This goes for the fruit and salad options as well. We did enjoy the toast though. One day while we were there we decided to have an afternoon at the pool, the children’s pool was absolutely disgusting. It was green and there was a funny smell there too. When we decided to go to the adults pool. It didn’t look much cleaner though it wasn’t green. There is a bar at this pool but is not staffed. There is also an area I imagine was once used as an area to order food. This area is now a builder site. With no builders. We decided to ditch the pool day and go to the beach instead. On the few days we had bad weather we went to the gym. This gym is well equipped and was always empty. The mini golf area needs some attention as well. The bricks surrounding the mini courses were either broken or missing.

A classic case of a decent property ruined by its staff. Good location and while the rooms are old, they are spacious with good views. Unfortunately, starting from the ferry pick up to front desk to housekeeping to restaurants, everything is a massive mess. The staff is probably the worst I have experienced. They are rude, unempathetic, inhospitable and worst of all vengeful. Complaints are met either with frowns or complete ignorance. Definitely no where close to a 4 star property. If you wish to hear a 'NO' for everything, go here. Any 2 star property on the same street will probably be a better bet!.

The hotel resort looks nice from the outside. But inside our room, you can tell it’s been used up and needed some TLC. The bathroom towels that we had on the first day had dirt on it. Also the towels were old and faded. Please replace it. The room was big and spacious. On one of the days we had our room made, we got into our room and it smelled like poop. We assumed the house keeper took a poop in our toilet because the lid was down and the smell came from the toilet. Also, our toilet flooded so we had to tell the front desk who apologized. We will not be staying here again even though the beach front view was beautiful.

this is the only hotel with beachfront and easy beach access. You can walk on the beach to get back to your room from downtown or you can take the city streets and come in the main gate. You are centrally located with convenient access to everything. The only thing I can say about the hotel that is not be positive is the pools were green and pool water was not clear. The location, the landscaping and the beach access overcame this one issue.

The pictures make the rooms look bigger than they really but acceptable. they are actively working on upkeep of the property. We saw rooms being refinished and painting done all over the property. The landscaping is impeccable and the breakfast was very delicious every day. It's the only hotel on the beach with beach access and the views are beautiful. One of the reasons we booked this stay was for the swimming pools. The pools water color was green every day not clear water we hoped. We did not swim in the green water. The staff were wonderful. It is a wonderful hotel and a wonderful location.

I love where this resort is situated. Super walkable to Aonang strips and it has private access to the beach.
