Krabi Resort

Nice room and location. However the rooms were not clean and the shower and sink did not drain. when we arrived the towels smelled like feet and had to call multiple times to get new towels.

Nice resort,well placed location across main streets and very small but private beach. Engaging activities,courteous staff and well spread buffet breakfast.

What is shown in the pictures is very different from reality. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Rooms are not clean, and fixtures are broken. Phone calls are not returned, and there are no amenities at the resort.

Seemed to me like the staff just didn't want to be there. Restaurant and beach bar was deserted most of the time and when we did manage to spot the odd elusive member of staff, they almost always pretended not to understand or pointed to light fittings saying 'no electric'. Very disappointed.

I'm struggling to understand a few things. We booked for December, got a booking reference was told the payment comes out straight away. No payment has been taken this is now over a week ago. No confirmation email. I have contacted Krabi resort numerous of times with no response.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Krabi Resort! The property is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location is unbeatable—nestled right on Ao Nang Beach with its own private beach access, which made our experience feel exclusive and peaceful. Our room had a stunning view, and both the swimming pools were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. Whether it was lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or simply soaking in the scenic beauty, the resort had everything to offer for a perfect tropical getaway. The only minor downside was the limited variety of vegetarian options in the food menu. However, everything else—from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance—was top-notch. I would absolutely recommend staying here, whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends and family. It’s the kind of place that leaves you with beautiful memories and makes you want to return. 🌴✨

The resort may look like a 4-star property from the outside, but the experience was far from it. The rooms were dirty, the service was poor, and overall, it felt more like a 1 or 2-star hotel. The resort is large and requires a buggy to get around, but even that was unreliable. On our first day, the buggy we requested never arrived. On the second day, despite having luggage, it took 10 calls and 40 minutes before one finally showed up. Breakfast service was equally disappointing—four staff members stood around chatting while depleted items went unrefilled. When asked, they simply said 'no' and walked away. It’s clear the staff need proper training and the management needs a complete overhaul. We were so dissatisfied that we cut our stay short and left early.

the service at this hotel was terrible to non-existent, breakfast mainly consisted of Indian dishes and was often cold if you were not there early, staff looked miserable, and you often had to go looking for someone if you needed anything from the beach bar. the only good thing i had to say about this hotel were that the rooms were nice however the beds are very hard and even when you ask for a mattress topper they are very thin and didn't make much of a difference.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. There were several things that weren’t as they should be (digital safe wasn’t working…had to ask for the key, AC was making an awful sound when we checked in. Had to ask 3 times to get it corrected. When maintenance arrived, he fixed in 10 mins. He to always push a bit to get anything done.

Stayed in this resort only for one night so we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the different activities available. The staff was very nice and cordial, the rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was very big with a spacious shower. The bathroom door has small openings, which made it a little uncomfortable as I was traveling with a friend. But overall the room was good. The breakfast had enough choices to make everyone satisfied.
