Krabi Resort

The staff were super nice and helpful. The resort itself was sort of secluded and quiet. Walking distance to all the great restaurants.

Very disappointed by the hotel. We arrived at a ghost hotel. Very few people. Rooms outdated, smelling of damp. We asked for an extra bed which was confirmed, but when we got to the room it wasn't there. The breakfast wasn't great and clearly not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Even though it is supposed to be served until 10am, by 9.55am they were already removing the food. The hot food was cold. On the other hand, the hotel is really well located.

amazing breakfast buffet, great staff, great location. our room had terrible wifi if at all, and no hot/warm water, we had cold showers. we complained once but not much changed. the resort is quite big and maintained well.

Great location , but the in room safe did not work in both of the adjoining rooms. Very friendly staff. Our original rooms smelled so badly they graciously offered us another set of adjoining rooms. The swimming pools needed repairs and have seen better days. Overall we were satisfied with the experience.

Great location and amenities generally pretty good. Staff were nice enough and helpful. Some language barriers. Check-in not handled that well and room configuration not correct (or as requested when booked). Basic/standard rooms are very basic and feel old and tired. Beds are very firm (and in our case - broken). Maintenance works should be advised beforehand (eg. cutting off hot water for 3 days) and not after the fact. At least they provided a free upgrade to a better room (after we insisted).

The worst experience ever Stay away The room is very dated, the winds go through the window when it’s closed. We took a beachfront villa, supposed to be one of the best rooms here. There is an event outside my window a Thai convention- they’re singing karaoke for three hours and will keep going until 10pm We have 4 children and it’s impossible to stay in our room. Also worst breakfast and very unfriendly staff at breakfast Awful experience

On the whole all of my issues with this place we're small and didn't take away from my stay, especially if you're out and about, but if you're thinking of this as a 'resort stay' then I would say it's not the best option. When I consider a resort, I imagine that everything I could need would be on site, but I was ignored at the bar both times I went and phoning / asking reception for anything was impossible. Things like tea and coffee being replaced was an issue and reception was not helpful even after a visit to them in person and 2 phone calls! There was hair in the shower when I got there, but I just chucked a cup of water on it so that's fine. I also found someone else's medication under the bed and their food/drink was left in the fridge. My bed also wasn't made after the room had been cleaned so I doubt their attention to detail. Like I say, all tiny things but it does add up. For me, the private beach was the real draw to booking here and I did love it! But I never once saw someone rearrange beds, pick up glasses (how they got served, I don't know!) and access down onto the beach itself is limited with just one set of stone steps. The location is fab, there's so much around! Every staff member I interacted with was smiley and friendly. The deluxe hotel has a weird downstairs with lots of dust covered ornaments but rooms themselves are nice!

Location was excellent!!!

The highlights of the resort are the private beach access and the location right on the main street with plenty of shopping and food options. Downsides were that unfortunately one of the rooms we booked was full of mosquitos and had a sewage smell. It was quite challenging getting the staff to change our room but we were eventually changed to a very nice and clean room. Additionally we had scheduled a private pickup shuttle from the airport which they forgot to send. Overall service wasn’t great but if you’re going to Krabi for the beach and beach town then this place is worth it.

I checked in to the KRABI RESORT via AGODA ON 27 june . My booking was in the name of ankush kapoorFOR 5 PERSON and iwas given 301 ROOM,.AND THE MOMENT I ENTERED Balcony glass door fell on me ,but I was lucky didn't got hurt and after complaining for that they came after 40 minutes as I was holding door for 40 minutes . 2**Washroom window lock is broken .WASH BASIN KNOB BROKEN 3**I booked extra bedding and paid 1000bht per night (2000 bht)for 2 night and they didn't provide extra bedding, I slept full night on floor and they refunded me that amount in next morning , as they don't provide services that night till 1 am as I was at reception no services provide . I called them 20 times for room service they will never pick up calls. Worst service ever had in my life ,No hospitality . Worst room service Worst hospitality Worst management They will not providing services Not picking calls for services as basic as providing tea or coffee or even denying water at night-, horrible experience ever,: And believe me I don't write reviews on social media : but this is straight from my paining heart and I request all to not book this place ever not at any dam cost-, I POOR FROM AGODA AS EVEN THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP US IN ALIEN CONDITIONS.!
