Grand Decameron Los Cabos, A Trademark All-Inclusive Resort

Es un hotel tranquilo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. En general el personal es muy atento y dispuesto. La comida es buena y las habitaciones cómodas.

La disposición de los snack, el restaurante está al lado de la piscina y no nos permitieron entrar "mojados" lo cual es un absurdo. Entendemos que no se pueda entrar escurriendo agua pero precisamente si están al lado de la piscina lo lógico es que se entre humedo a tomar los snack.

We were on a journey and it was a good landing place to start as we didn’t need to search out groceries or restaurants.

Beach is unswimmable

I always enjoy my stay every time I visit for a week. Been there 4 times in the past couple of years. I am trying to book again for March 8th to 16th, but seems to be sold out. Please let me know Alejandro Castillo if you can make this week possible for me to visit. Last room # I had in January was 1107 and it was absolutely great. Just returned. First time in Cabo and this was not the right place for our family of four. Average age was 45 to 65, older resort that needs TLC. No stocked mini fridge in room so we had to go buy snacks and water at the grocery store, no room service, no pool lounge service, no daytime activities unless you want to play Mexican bingo. Nothing really to do after 5:00..p.m. even the gym is closed. Room and resort do not look like the pictures on WestJet vacations site. We were tempted to pay a day fee for the Hyatt next door.

Great SPECIAL--and an excellent massage and facial--we loved it and want to do it again. We will!

Good location and great views. The hotel was booked solid but never an issue finding a space on the beach or by the pool. The day to day staff are amazing and very kind. The buffet menu changes with nightly theme nights and is your best choice in the area. Some reviews have said dated but the hotel is clean and well kept and much more welcoming than most of the properties surrounding it. Recommend checking them out, great value.

We received wonderful hospitality at Royal Decameron Los Cabos during the week from February 1st to February 8th, 2026. I had sprained my foot the day before arriving at the hotel. Our first room was located along a long corridor and to access the elevator I had to use stairs. When I explained the situation, Edgar at the reservations noted that the hotel was full and that he would see what he could do if I came back in the morning at 8:00 am. At 8:00 am Angela had the room change information and asked me to come back at 12:00 pm. When I arrived back she seamlessly expedited the room change. Dione Rivera was also friendly and helpful. In general, the staff was supportive and responsive to our needs. The rooms were cleaned and maintained efficiently. The pool was always clean. Luna a la carte restaurant reservations were always available and easy to book. At the reservation desk, Edgar and Angela were outstanding. They supported my use of broken Spanish and answered all questions with smiling faces and compassionate understanding. At the buffet, I always chose to sit in Beatriz' section. She was amiable and very efficient. The only downside for one of our party was the music. It didn't bother me because it always ended by 10:00 pm

There has been negative comments made about not being able to take your food from the restaurants to the poolside or your room.... THIS A GREAT PLUS. Unfortunately people can take their food to the poolside, but they can never take back their plate. This results in flies and invites other critters. There is a time and place for everything. The couples massage was AMAZING. Anna gave one of the best massages and facials I’ve ever had!
