"Exceptional"

The front desk attendant was very pleasant. We got in earlier than check in as we were out of our vacation rental and she helped us get into a room quickly . We sure appreciated her accommodating us and getting us a late checkout for next day so we could go straight to airport after our stay. Great customer service!!

"Marcus is an exceptional employee!"

My five star reviews is for Marcus and his exceptional customer service. Hotel was overbooked and he maintained calm professionalism dealing with upset patrons. He never lost his amazing smile and personality! Location is great BUT CLEANLINESS is lacking. Suites are lacking basic amenities. No coffee pot! Dirty floors with food that wasn’t ours! Bed was comfortable. Close to airport.

"Used condom on the floor"

The most horrible place of the IHG chain so far. The room we were given was still used by others. First sign of the mess. Almost one hour to get another one. It was rhe nastiest experience ever. There was something on the carpet that made the water go dark when walked into the shower. It wasn't dirt. It was like somebody shaved on the carpet and there was hair all over the place. Found old food debris all over on the floor and the ugliest part was the already used condom wrap by the bed. We only stayed for two days. The second day in the morning, I asked the front desk to clean that dumpster and of course, they didn't do anything. This should be seen by the Delartment of Health a and do something with this place.

Other person came up to the front desk with mold or bug poop in the room and they never offered to move her only vacuum it up for her. The AC was messed up in my room and only hit the side of the first bed next to it.

I loved being able to have the dog there. The kitchen was nice. The room needs more attention the bathroom door doesn’t close. Cleaning could have been better especially wiping everything down. I wiped up coffee spelt on the door and wall. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was awful. Bed seemed old rolled to middle.
