Dinner should have been more than a pizza... breakfast was lacking choice...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ausgezeichnet und das Hotel hatte einen besonderen Charme.

Der Wasserdruck im zweiten Stock war sehr niedrig und leider gab es keine Hafermilch…

The place is akin to Fawlty Towers. The kitchen was shut on the first night, because the chef's motorbike had broken down and they wouldn't go and fetch her (I even offered to give her a lift!) so we had to go and eat out. We didn't bother on the second night as judging by breakfast the food would have been mediocre at best. There were just two satchets of horrible coffee in the room and they wouldn't give us more!! They had no alternative to cow milk.

This hotel has an unenviable location overlooking the bay. I had a single room with a large double bed at the back of the hotel. It had everything I needed and was clean and everything worked well. The bathroom towels were so soft and fluffy - some of the best towels I've ever had. The area is very quiet and due to the heat, I had the windows open all night and loved hearing the birds in the morning. The included breakfast was a simple continental with cereal, tinned fruit, juices, yoghurts, marmalade, jam, butter and toast made to order. Tea and coffee was good. A cooked breakfast could be pre-ordered the day before. The breakfast room overlooked the bay and it was a magical start to every day. I didn't use the bar, but it looked great and was open from late morning until late evening. There was plenty of parking. The staff were wonderful. They were friendly and professional and I felt very valued.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich fast schon freundschaftlich begrüsst, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir bekamen Informationen, wo wir noch essen gehen konnten. Das Hotel war auch warm und es war dadurch sehr angenehm mal etwas länger die herrliche Aussicht aus den Räumen zu geniessen.

Die Polstermöbel waren etwas abgewohnt.
