"Excellent"

I would recommend it! We had issues with the air con and they handled it right away! The distance to the arena is amazing. It was perfect when it vegan raining and we had to run for cover.

We stayed in the adjacent building which seems like a regular apartment turned into B@B. Was very loud trash collection by the city at 7am right under the window.

"Lovely Hotel"

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was pretty, super clean, and comfortable. There were even chocolates on the bed when we arrived. Great location with tons of restaurants. Wonderful breakfast included with our stay.

This is a great location for opera at the Arena. Also, very easy to drive your car; staff will park it in their garage. Our room, though, which was billed as a "suite" was not very roomy and the bathroom was quite cramped. Breakfast so so.

Brilliant location close to the Roman Arena, very comfortable bed and exceptional staff who were very kind, patient and helpful when I had a minor medical emergency. A narrow shower fitted in the corner was a bit of a squash - only around 40cm front to back!!! Though wide as the bathroom. (Would have preferred bigger shower and no bidet). No breakfast available for early check-out before 7.30am but they kindly got me fresh coffee. And looked after my bags when I arrived before check-in so I could look round the sights.

Vey nice hotel. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Maids came in daily and the room was kept spotless. I found the bed comfy. Breakfast was vey nice. Location of the hotel is brilliant for exploring Verona, being just a stones throw away from the Roman arena. Airport is a 15 minute drive, train station was a 20 minute walk and the taxi rank a 5 minute walk (or reception can call a cab directly to the hotel). Only negative was the noise from the bar opposite into the late hours but once the windows are shut and the air con is on you can’t hear any noise from outside. Great place with very helpful staff. Verona itself is beautiful and a great place to explore. We did a day trip (organized tour) to lake Garda which was a great day out and we took a train to Venice to spend the day there (about an hour and 20 mins by train).
