"Outdated but decent location"

Shower was smallest I've ever seen and had lots of mildew. Hotel was in need of an update. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Location was very close to bus that goes to Venice and within walking distance of a piazza with shops and restaurants. We stayed here for one night the day we arrived before our cruise. We wanted something close to airport and less expensive than Venice. A little disappointed by condition of our room but good location.

"Family friendly"

We stayed as a family of 5. Very family friendly. Simple but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel offers private parking ( limited space though ). Bus stop is around the corner to take you to Venice directly. One round trip was 2.60 Euro/person, took about 30 min.Bus comes every 10 min. I would recommend this hotel and would go there again.

"Great neighborhood"

It is in a great neighborhood. We had to leave early so I don't know about the breakfast. We were not offered the AC remote or WiFi password at check-in. Host seemed preoccupied with his computer. The room was worn down but clean.

"Great staff, good location."

The staff try to be very helpful. The room was fine, shower is tiny-very tiny but we were given a room with a window which was great. Beds are firm but comfortable. Good location, close to bus stop. It rained all 3 days which curtailed excess walking. Breakfast buffet is good with several selections.

"Quiet , family run hotel"

Friendly reception when we arrived. Would have been nice to have help with luggage as no Elevator. Seating in breakfast room very tight.

"Venice - the most beautiful city"

"short stay in Venice"

Hotel as described - close to local bus stop which goes to Venice (hotel sold tickets). Staff helpful and polite, explained buses/water taxis and where to buy tickets. Ideal if you are on a budget or just using hotel for a base.
