La piscina muy sucia y el ascensor pequeños y en el octavo piso más de una vez me tocó subir caminando ya que se rompía .!

Just got back from a week at the Punta del Rey with all of my family ( 7 of us including our 4 year old grandson) , can't fault the staff , food was ok not a large selection of desserts, drinks were ok , pool was nice, hotel is suited for the older generation especially the French and Germans who are very ignorant, only seen 2 other families with little children there ,not a lot to do for our grandson ( outside park in hotel consists of 1 slide and 1 swing and an overgrown garden , nothing in the immediate area except for a little shop 50 yards from.the hotel and a supermarket 200 yards up the road , no tourists shops around the area ,30 min walk into Canderilla and a 25 min bus journey into Santa Cruz, If you just want a quiet holiday sitting by the pool then this is ideal for you, even though it was a nice hotel we would not go back there as of its location.

Lovely friendly hotel spoilt by check in . Older man on late check-in was absolutely atrocious . My sister in law couldn’t find her passport he was shouting saying it was holding the que up she kept apologising but he continued to shout I told him she was disabled and continued to be so rude however a young girl took over who was patient and very kind not a good experience when I had recommended this hotel to our family . Positive note food is beautiful hotel is immaculate and 99.9 of the staff are so friendly . Totally spoilt by one person . TUI hotel rep is also fantastic.

Love this hotel to bits, on arrival we got our rooms we had requested a few months earlier. Thank you . Lovely clean rooms for my wife and myself and daughter and partner and there son.our stay was for 11ngts,we also had friends staying there as well, cleaning of rooms was first class, the food was amazing (plenty of choices) the all inclusive drinks was fine, if your not happy with your drinks measure just ask for top up they will oblige no problem, the girls on pool bar were magnificent got to know your drinks.sarri in bar in lobby at night (first class).davie,in showbar (bar)excellent as well . As for the entertainment group.thats were my disappointment comes in.only 3 of them were willing to say hi to you,but must admit when they got to know us they loved our grandson Oliver, this was Oliver first trip abroad(well he is only 6months old) but he adapted very well. I believe they were all french/spanish I saw for my own eyes how they laughed and chatted to there own people, not very nice..the young chap in the entertainment group was a very ignorant young man unless you were French.. rant over. Few shops inside hotel sell gifts/cigs etc cigarettes very reasonable priced .night time entertainment was good. Always packed.as with nearly everyone's comments, this certainly is the place to be to meet new friends amazing friendship you make with strangers, well folks I've gave as honest opinion as I could..its what you make of it..don't go looking for faults because if there is any you will find it..there's not much to do around the hotel.but buses/taxis outside hotel.we had fantastic warm/sunny weather during our stay..before we left hotel to head home we booked for June next year this time for 14 ngts So thank you to all the wonderful staff at the hotel. The friends we met. Our own friends that were there during our stay .thank you. Enjoy guys. From Ronnie & liz
