It was a bleak november night,traveling from peurto del cruz to the south airport,we stopped at this hotel to pick a couple up,on seeing the hotel in the dark I told my wife that I would never stay there,go three months forward my wife said i have found a holiday that suits our pocket,punta del rey I said no way,anyhow I was talked into booking,and really glad I did,since then we have been 4 times 2025 and 1 2026 we are booking to come again september 1st,there are so many repeat holiday makers coming to this hotel it,s like family.the staff are like your siblings,so give it a go you will enjoy it.

Amazing holiday if you are after peace and quiet and to relax, great food, great staff, the room we had was beautiful and cleaned everyday. Being on the north of the island is lovely some amazing views, was a 40min transfer from the south airport. The pools were clean, well maintained, the adults only pool was where we spent most of our time, lovely view of the sea from the infinity pool, bar and snacks available. Have come home and booked straight away to go again.

The hotel is fantastic very clean It is very clean the cleaners were cleaning the 3 rooms a time The food was excellent The staff amazing The shows were fantastic We throughly enjoyed our stay There are little shops in the hotel There is a local bus outside that takes you to Santa Cruz I would recommend staying here The only down side was we were all inclusive and in the morning at 8 people were running out putting their towels on the sunloungers then not using them until 4 or 5 in the evening Some were using them all day we were watching from our balcony for when sun loungers to become empty Other then that we had a great time

La piscina infinita (aclaro que de uso exclusivo para clientes todo incluido) la otra estaba demasiado concurrida.

No es un sitio que recomiende si buscas paz y tranquilidad. Hotel extremamente masivo (más de 800 personas dicho por el propio personal) lo cual hace que se pierda la posibilidad de recibir un servicio más personalizado.

We arrived at the hotel on the 28th may got to our room i noticed its been all done up the food is fantastic dont change the chef the one thing is change the soft drinks the coke is cheap and disgusting apart from that we have arranged to come back in November can't wait
