Good staff and food was reasonable hotel is abit rundown .

Bathroom needs upgrading.

The Staff at this Hotel are marvellous. Each one was lovely and personable and chatted away with myself and my young grand-daughter. Very pleasant, warm and friendly. Our Twin sea view room was fantastic, very spacious, very comfortable and the views were amazing! Everything I wanted and more. Breakfast selection was great and tasty as was our dinner we had - delicious.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Shower head that wont stay up when running. No hot water in the tiny bathroom sink. Disgusting gunk around the start button for shower. Ripped and disgusting mattress protectors on bed that are also passed there best.Water stains on walls crumbling paint. Breakfast; eggs that looked like plastic and oily no square sausage no potatoe scone no black pudding. Cheap plastic bread and cereal

Die Lage war sehr schön. Unser Problem wurde umgehend gelöst.

Die Dusche war defekt. Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Kaffee mit Milchpulver, kein frisches Obst, Croissant nicht frisch

Location and staff

Had a large corner room with a sea view.

Initially the room hadn't been cleaned properly, complained to reception, the receptionist said she would take care of it personally, which she did after returning to our room an hour later it was spotless.

Staff lovely,food in evening was good

Breakfast always cold,Room was big and airy ,was on second floor and really struggled with stairs,,
