The view

Bath leaked, heating was poor, only told when we arrived that there would be no meal service that night, could not supply basic confoments, saying they ran out a few day ago, no disabled access

Looks nice from the outside

Shower was horrible had a mind of its own switching from boiling to freezing . The beds were uncomfortable and the hotel itself was very dated . Noticeable wall paper peeling off throughout the property , water damage on ceilings and cracks. Certain staff members came across very rude working in the bar area .
