"For the price paid, expected a higher standard overall."

The fact it has a bath, the location. It was quiet and the bed was comfy.

The decor is very dated, only one single biscuit with the tea/coffees? Breakfast - poor choice. No fruit. No cold water to drink, toaster difficult to toast just right.

I always stay here when in Lossiemouth as the staff are great. Very friendly service.

Location

Very dated rooms. Toilet in 114 was leaking when the cistern was filling. We reported it to reception, however it wasn’t fixed. Breakfast was poor.
