"Déçu "

Seul point positif l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Propreté de la chambre a revoir. On avait la porte de la salle de bain avec plein de taches. Seulement 1 prise dans la chambre. On a été réveillé à 5h du mat par l'alarme incendie apparemment a cause d'un employé qui aurait oublié d'éteindre le four ( car il avait une petite faim a 5h du mat!!!) Et en suivant gros basard en dessous de notre fenêtre avec des allées et venues de personnes qui trimballé un genre d'échaffaudage sur les dalles. Donc un bruit d'enfer. Bref nous avons pu nous rendormir à partir de 7h. Aucun geste fait au depart malgré nos plaintes. Je suis désolé mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. En plus le parking d'en face etait vraiment tres sale et on ne savait pas ou se garer autrement. Et aucune réduction de faite si client de l'hôtel je trouve ca dommage. Payer 60 euros pr 2 nuits ça fait cher pour l'état de propreté du parking. Claire Daubrenet

"Unbearable NOISE"

Staff and cleanliness 100%. But ... DO NOT STAY HERE. The street noise is unspeakable, unbearable, esr-splitting and ill-making. Hours and hours and relentless hours of it. No let up until 3 am. With an early flight and a totally sleepless night I left in the morning barely coherent.

"Ideal for us."

Stayed one night for flight from Toulouse airport. Pleasant enough, basic hotel. Toiletries supplied, towels....although fresh appeared grubby. Bedding spotless, good sleep even with the retirement demonstrations round the corner. No view, we looked onto a car park.....nit an issue though. There are Ours 3 Blanc hotels all very close together in this are. Metro minutes away as are restaurants; shops etc. Staff very pleasant, breakfast available but we did not book this. Parking across from the hotel is €29 per night.....we thought €17.50 as on Booking.com website. Parking at reduced rate is in the Jeanne D'Arc car park, a couple of minutes away. Streets are narrow and busy, but if I can drive in Toulouse then so can you!! Go a bit further for cheaper parking. No vanity bar in bathroom for your own essentials though. Small TV . I looked for an English channel...didn't find one although another reviewer did find them. Room was a corner room and spacious. All in all we would stay again. Right in the centre of Toulouse.
