Séjour agréable. Personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner correct Chambre petite mais propre. Vue sur cour intérieure très sombre, pleins de climatiseurs. Bonne literie. Très bien pour court séjour

Nous avons attengu plus de 15 minutes a notre arrivée a 17h avant d avoir la receptionniste et ce n est pas la 1 ere fois. La chambre est pyopre mais petite et gros bemol une seule puise dans la chambre. Beacoup de chose a revoir. Point positif l emplacement en plein centre de Toulouse a coté du marché .

Hôtel rénové sans charme avec des chambres petites - trop pour un 3 étoiles - et d’autres heureusement plus grandes. Une salle de petit déjeuner ordinaire et une décoration d’ensemble dans des camaïeux orange datés… Seul l’accueil est à la hauteur!

Bravo aux personnels de l'accueil, une grande écoute et ils se sont mis en 4 pour me satisfaire malgré les aléas de mon voyage (retard, annulation puis re-réservation...tout ca le même jour !)

La fenêtre donnait sur une cours intérieure remplie de souffleries, difficile d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit. La climatisation est bruyante, obligée de l'éteindre la nuit. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants qui rendent la rue bruyante même si on ne l'entend pas de l'intérieur. Le contraste est marquant avec les SDF qui dorment autour des Halls situés juste en face.
