Good location

Rooms are convenient but there’s no on site service. The so-called breakfast service doesn’t exist since the restaurant wasn’t open.

I recommend it .It was super clean. It is clos to city centre and the also to mirabelle garden. But the breakfast was a bit expensive 18 euro for each person.

Way happy with my stay. Was worried when I had booked without realising there was no front desk but everything worked as it should. The few questions I had were Answered instantly via WhatsApp. So no worries on that score. The property is modern, clean and quiet. Kettle and coffee machine in room and a functional breakfast in the restaurant next door can be included. I only stayed one night so I don’t know what it might be lie if you stayed a number of nights without rooms being serviced. You can pay to have that done. But other than that there’s no downside to this that I found. Recommended.

A lovely hotel room with easy check in and in a great location. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were great. Bed was comfortable and lovely decor. Would definitely recommend 😃

Based on our experience, not worth the money. The room itself is decent, and the breakfast deliveries worked well. HOWEVER… During our stay (so long after we had booked) we were emailed to be informed that some maintenance would be carried out on the windows. This then woke us up at 0600, when men outside were drilling noisily at the windows and peering in at our small children. Apparently there’s nothing NUMA can do about this… Additionally the room lacks some of the promised facilities (hairdryer, drying rack) and the ‘kitchen area’ has no sink! Curtains damaged even though this is sold as a new location. Cleaning was booked (and paid for) as an extra but was not performed (apology from NUMA now accepted but…?). Being non-staffed as an enterprise might cut their overheads but when something isn’t good, there is no one on site to speak with. We paid more for this than we would have done for a ‘standard hotel’. We won’t use NUMA again.

Great stay and location. Quiet in the evening and everything close by. Comfy beds too! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall a great place to stay with great design. The location was also good for us. Our room at the 5th floor had an amazing view to the city and the mountains.

The ultimate millennial hotel experience. No contact check in, good amenities, clean and well designed room. Highly recommend!
