Numa Salzburg Mozart

The room was nice, but the room only had a heavy comforter on the bed. Not suitable for summer. I made multiple requests through the customer service with WhatsApp for a light weight blanket and received no help. Disappointing guest care.

Leveled up the travel experience and bar none decor and custom attention. Will be back here again soon and being friends to join us.

Beautiful clean quiet suite. Toilet has no sink so poor for hygiene purposes. No information in the room about room maintenance or general area. Having to message Booking . com several times. Total waste of time. Had to find out were everything kept ourselves. Bathroom full of wet smelly towels, no room service. Had to buy own toilet rolls again no room service. Bins overflowing on the floor. There is a young cleaner in the building on her phone obs busy. Dont get breakfast looks nothing on the website. Expensive rubbish and the woman who grunts Room number at you is awful.

So nice and comfy. Evwrything was just perfect. Clean, quiet and well-equipped. Even airxonditioner andfloor warming in the bathroom. Good commicationz. This place was just a short walk from city center. Evwn the view was splendid. Highly recommended!

Stayed in the XL room- cute clean spacious apt and bathroom…close to city centre and train station- 5 min walk to bridge and all amenities..great bar attached to hotel- with great drinks and food- sitting area outside Numa staff excellent when we had trouble checking in- prompt and friendly service

This is a great hotel. It’s fairy close to old town and tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and fresh and looked exactly like the photographs online. We didn't interact with any staff in person but online/text they were very responsive. Check in and check out was easily completed. The hotel location was within good walking distance of all of the main attractions in Salzburg. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Nice good-value electronic hotel without a reception. The on-line booking/check-in-out etc worked well. Our room was nice and very clean. Great shower. Easy to replenish stocks of loo paper etc (husband did say he had never walked through a hotel foyer carrying toilet paper before). Breakfast was disappointing but Numa proactively contacted me by phone to collect feedback and refunded half the cost which was very fair. I got the impression they would do something to improve things quickly. (Essentially breakfast was OK but limited choice of buffet).

Super apartment with the comfiest bedding and quality linen. Loved the bath in the room.

Very nice room and updated bathroom with shower. Refrigerator with trendy coffee and tea service was a nice treat!
