Very conveniently located facility, with absolutely stunning views of the harbor and square castle of Antibes. The rooms are basic, yet comfortably functional and the state of maintenance is good compared to various other facilities in the Antibes area. It also has facilities for laundry and a nice swimming pool (which I still need to use at a future visit).

Situated just 5 minutes from the train/bus station. Then a further 10 minutes walk into Antibes. Really well situated with a small supermarket, boulangerie, local bar across the road. Had a sea view room with superb views. The studio was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary items should you want to cook (we ate our so didn’t use the kitchen) Staff were really friendly and helpful (couple of issues with the lock and tv but sorted quickly) WiFi worked ok for us and the showers were excellent. The rooftop pool was beautiful if cold and the smaller pool look really nice. It was easy to clean as we keep it clean through the staff but it did take while to get the deposit back. Such a super place to stay in Antibes and so easy to travel on the local trains to Nice, Cannes and further. Would definitely recommend Resideal (yes there was work going on next door but we were on the sea view side so it didn’t disturb us) and it is by far cheaper than anywhere else that I looked at in Antibes. A very budget friendly option

Bassenget på taket var bra, men var byggeplass rett uten for vinduet så fikk ikke noe utsikt eller søvn. Ble vekket klokken 7 av hamring og diverse

Appart hôtel convenable. Nous avions une chambre pour 4, avec un lit superposé pour les enfants et un clic clac pour les grands. Le clic clac n'était pas du tout confortable, sans surprise. Il manquait une protection pour le bas du lit superposé et ma fille est tombée plusieurs fois. Cuisine bien équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Par contre, ce fut l'enfer pour obtenir des serviettes. Nous avons eu une seule fois, après 3 jours d'attente, et pas de renouvellement alors que nous sommes restés 10 jours. Idem pour le linge de lit. Très déçu de ce point. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, mais très strict (normal, ce sont les consignes). Les piscines sont top, même si elles ne sont pas surveillées. GROS POINT NOIR : les gens viennent dès l'ouverture poser leur serviette pour bloquer les transats. Vous arrivez donc à 10h, il n'y a personne mais aucun transat disponible. Horrible. Bref, séjour correct avec beaucoup de points négatifs tout de même. Mais pour le prix...

It was not nice to wake up at 4am two nights in a row

The property is well located with a bus stop right outside from where you can easily get around. It’s easy to access from the train station. The pools are lovely and the view from the rooftop pool is great. Views from the rooms is very dependent on what side of the building you are on and which end. A few rooms have sea views but not many. If you were on the side where the construction works are ongoing it would have been a very different stay and we wouldn’t have enjoyed it. The sofabed was very comfortable and easy to open out and put away. The bunk beds weren’t in their own room but in the narrow hallway when you enter the room which means you can’t access the bathroom and toilet without waking up the people in the bunks. The pillows were yellow and dirty when we took the covers off at the end of our stay. Communication before we arrived was very poor. No replies to any of our messages and hotels.com also said they couldn’t get any response from the property before we travelled.

This was by far the worst aparthotel I have ever stayed in. 1. Impossible to sleep – A huge construction site with a crane was right outside our apartment, making it extremely noisy from early morning. There was no mention of this on their website and no apology offered. 2. Rude, unhelpful manager – The manager’s attitude was unprofessional, with strange and dismissive facial expressions. 3. No fresh linens or towels – You don’t get replacements unless you buy them. 4. Broken phone – The in-room phone didn’t work, so every request required walking down to reception. They refused to fix it. 5. Slow Wi-Fi – The internet connection was frustratingly poor. 6. Unfair deposit deduction – Even though we stripped the beds, gathered the towels, and left the room in good condition, they deducted money from our deposit without explaining why. At checkout, they didn’t mention any problem with the room. Overall, this place was a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t even give it one star.

Agreable séjour. La piscine est adaptée aux enfants. Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le lieu.
