Both bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. Very nice breakfast area. Easy access to buses.

The stay was great. We were upgraded to a larger suit, and given bus passes to use during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic!

Quaint place with beautiful views. Nice staff at front desk. Right on bus line. Rooms were hot and very noisy. Ceiling/floor above us very thisn. Noisy neighbors were up until 2am and we couldn't sleep. Very expensive for the lack of quietness and amenities.

Family run hotel (18 rooms) about 15 min by bus from Lucern train station. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Pleasant and helpful check-in staff. Room was on 3rd floor with no elevator, We were on a 6 day Swiss family trip, so had lot of luggage. Staff helped a bit with luggage, but not having elevator was unexpected. Lucerne was in middle of heat wave. None of the rooms have Air conditioning! Being on 3rd floor, close to roof, made the room even hotter. Even with all windows open, it was difficult to sleep first night. Room only had one small table fan. Next day, upon our request, the staff gave another fan, which made things bearable. Excellent breakfast and service otherwise. The staff was very courteous. Nice area to seat and relax in courtyard. 2nd floor up lake facing views have nice views of mountains and lake. Lake itself is 15 min walk. While checking out we complemented the owner about the stay, hotel and location but she seemed too busy to acknowledge the compliments. We found that bit off putting...

Very good three star hotel , clean , wonderful scenery .

The setting of this hotel is peaceful and relaxing with stunning mountain views. The 15 min bus into Lucerne is easy to navigate and it is well worth it to have a respite from the busy city scene. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We loved being able to enjoy the ample Swiss breakfast on the terrace while taking in the gorgeous views. Crisp white linens and silver made it a special occasion. We also enjoyed a wonderful bistro dinner on the terrace and found the price to be on par or even less than in the city. So happy we stayed at this lovely Swiss hotel while visiting Lucerne.

What a lovely experience, l recommend travellers to Luzern stay out a bit this property was only 15 minutes by bus which is right out the front of this property. The young gentleman on arrival gave us some wonderful options to see as opposed to the tourist usual spots found on search sites. Lovely breakfast, wonderful view from our room no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but they give you hot water in an flask and cups so you can have a quiet tea or coffee enjoying the views from your room after a long day out. Local restaurants down the road are a short walk good food. If you are going to Luzern stay out a little and enjoy.
