Hotel Restaurant Balm Meggen

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the neighborhood it was in. Views of the lakes & the mountains all around

The hotel and staff was amazing. They were very supportive when we ended up a few hours earlier than the check in time. They also delighted us with a great breakfast! Will visit again for sure.

Nice quiet place to stay with family. It is apox 15 min away from main area but its worth the stay and has direct access from bus services. Its not a typical hotel and gives one a feeling of staying at home. Friendly staff with big clean rooms and bathroom. Only suggestion is that complimentary amenities like tea, coffee should be provided to guests. Would definitely like to come back for a stay

I would stay here again; comfortable room with terrace view on top floor (but no elevator, so be aware if that would be an issue). Breakfast was good.

Charming hotel with top restaurant and wonderful staff. Free parking. Bus connection to Lucerne. Excellent value for money.

Very good hotel with good amenities. We stayed in a room with a nice balcony and had a fantastic view of the snow capped mountains and Lake Lucerne! Staff was friendly. Good buffet breakfast!

It was a great experience staying in balm hotel. Staffs are very friendly and did their best to help us enjoy our stay. They even upgraded our room to a better one for the same price. We had access to the roof at top and there were two chairs and table placed on top with a marvelous view of lake lucern and mountains covered with snow. It was beyound beauty. We laso had a chance to enjoy balm resturant. It is a bit costly (we paid for dinner more than what we paid for one night stay) but would be a fancy dinner (with candles and high class swiss service) and one of the most memorable moments of your trip. I definitely recommend it. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the chappel bridge and lucern city center but is absolutely easy to reach by taking bus No. 24 and getting down at meggen balm bus station. Also you would be provided lucern visitor card which covers all bus tickets and public transport in city area. Not much variety for Breakfast but good enough. It was very nice with very friendly staff serving omellete and coffee for you beside tasty cheese and different types of breads

Lovely big room with balcony so we could see the mountains and lake. Older building nicely renovated. Service was excellent. Free bus ride into Lucerne.

The Hotel Balm is located about a 12 minute bus ride outside of Lucerne. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. The breakfast provided with the room was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located on the bus route and the hotel provides a local transportation voucher. No elevator but the staff assisted with carrying the luggage up the stairs. Beautiful view of the mountains. Easy parking

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay in luzern thanks to Hotel Balm. Regret not trying the restaurant.
