Bellerive Hotel

The view from my room no 506 was stupendous...the bathroom very good. The bath should be fitted woth handrsols to help getting in snd out as it is a narrow bath sn slippery. The decor was very brown...this is a shsne as the room could be breathtaking if painted a pale prinrose with white snd the heavy browncurtains changed for sundhine yellow... The breakfast was good. The reception was chaotic...either nobody there or the person did not really know what they were doing. When I was therr two young girls arrived to help with the breskfast room and cleaning. All in all a reasonable experience.

Arrived at 11:30am the recetionnist only said "you are too soon, the hotel is full". We asked if we may use a bathroom which she accepted telling us to go upstair. We noticed a room (N°106) is done, the door open. Coming back at the hotel later on, we discovered our room N°....106!. Also we had to ask if the hotel was delivereing free public transport ticket othwrwise it would'nt have been offered. First hotel impression for a 3☆: very poor. Room: the shower is extremely narrow, we cannot put our 2 foot together and extremely sleepy and dangerous too!

Location is really good close to bus and metro

A lovely hotel, situated conveniently just 5 min walk away from the lake and a bus stop into the city center - hotel provides free transportation ticket! Rooms are updated and clean. Staff is super friendly all you need is ask. We asked for extra pillows, boom extra pillows in the room :-) Breakfast is simply, but plentiful. Have stayed before and will stay again.

I was so lucky to find this hotel last minute! The location was most ideal for being in Lausanne for just two nights and we had the nicest lake view room!!! So beautiful to wake up in the morning and see the lake! And only a couple miles drive to the harbor for the lake cruise! People were great and good breakfast!

Amazing view of Lake Geneva. Room extremely clean and spacious. This 3 - Star was better than a 4 - Star Hotel I stayed in the night earlier. Two minor improvements that I may suggest. If you state that your receptionist is there until 22:30 in the hotel literature, then she should be there. I had a problem with my internet at 21:30 and the sign said at the front counter that the receptionist had gone home for the evening. This leads to my second recommendation, please write down the login instructions for internet instead of orally explaining them to the guest when he checks in.

The rooms are new, good size and comfortable. The bathroom is giant, but the shower has a really small bath tube which makes the shower really uncomfortable, especially for big people. It will be great if they renovate the bathroom as well. Good location with a bus stop nearby.

Small no frills nice quiet with nice view of lake very helpful staff coop market next door

Far from the Laussane station, but coop super and nice bakery was next to the hotel which was very convenient. The reception lady was also nice and kind.
