Friendly staff and service, great view and terrific amenities. I highly recommend this hotel!

Please notice, they have a shuttle from the train station, take it otherwise the walk up is crazy up hill, they have secret lassage to the downtown area which is awesome. Very friendly staff. One thing i did not like knowing that yes the area is crazy safe is that they leave the hotel open 24 hrs no one at the front desk as of 8pm and they tell you to just leqve your key hanging at the reception not protected. Nothing happened but it was still a little concerning

Great view of Zermatt.

Incredible view and room service. Great amenities and location. We can see the Matterhorn, hear church bells tolling and walk to town easily from our room in this beautiful hotel. I brought my mother and father and it was my responsibility to find and book our stay and this hotel made me look very favorable in their eyes. I would recommend this stay to anyone no matter your price range.

Wonderful stay, staff at the hotel are professional and very friendly, always happy to help. Room was comfortable, clean and with a wonderful balcony with view of valley and Matterhorn! Great location and once you check in they will tell you about a very special short cut to get to and from hotel. (Great as hotel is locate hire up but in 10min you are in town with all it has to offer) Excellent location and facilities.

This place is a magical paradise. You can see the whole city of Zurich from your room. Plus, Matterhorn is right in front of you as soon as you walk out to your balcony.

Hotel was very nice and provided a good breakfast to start each day. Shuttle to and from the train station was much appreciated. Our only issue was with the shower which tended to get water all over if you weren't careful.

This is a nice hotel up on a hill overlooking Zermatt and the Matterhorn. They offer a pick up service from the train station and an elevator to get you down to river level from their high elevation when you want to walk to town. Convenient to downtown attractions. Good breakfast options and nice staff. Not much in the way of food during the day (Early June 2024). Perhaps it has more options when tourist season is high.

Easy access to/from the train station, village center and ski lift/slope. The breakfast is excellent with many options to fill up on for a day on the slopes. The coffee machine is exceptional. I enjoyed the hot tub / steam room to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, it is great to have the option to select a smaller room and smaller bed at a good price point.
