This hotel sucks butt. The location is terrible and the room does not have simple basics

Very nice property and very friendly staff.

Location is good, 5min walk to subway station to Nice Airport, 5 min walkvto beach, 10 min walk to train station, grocery store supermarket restaurants are all within 5 min walk. I dont think its good idea to have a rental car for nice or any nearby towns like Eze, Cannes, Monaco, or even further day trip. So near public transportation is important and this hotel location serves it. We reserved for a suite that advertised at expedia with a king bed and a queen bed, but the hotel front fesk told me it actually non existing, its not "and" its "or". I dont know why and what I paid for. Its an apartel, limited service, but room size is about 40 sq mtrs very large for a regular Eruopea hotel rooms. I did asked about parking, which is 25 euro per day, I ended up did not use parking, instead, I pick up a rental car in the morning from the train station, drive out of Nice and stayed in a town far away for a night and then returned the car next evening to the Train station. But when check out, the hotel front desk asked me to pay for hotel parking, I told them I didnt use hotel parking as I didnt have had a car for Nice.

Nice business stop

Good location near the front. Staff were good. Room, particularly bathroom very worn (sink and bath chipped). Nice roof terrace where you can have drinks from bar. Breakfast wasn’t as good as other similar properties we have stayed at, especially at E20 (price if not included in your rate).

Great hotel! They treated us with up graded room and late check out because my baby son had a fever at the last night.

Everything was satisfactory. Only the breakfast was simple, and not of much varieties.

Close to everything - able to walk everywhere, hotel staff helped with tours

The rooms are awesome we great a room for 4 has private master bedroom attached to the large bathroom, a mini kitchen and large common living room with the most comfortable pull out bed I have ever been on. Equally great is the pool, spa area and the morning breakfast. In a great location with awesome restaurants, grocery and the coast is only 2 blocks away. The staff were great and helped us with everything from restaurant selections to taxi service. We will be staying here next trip back. Excellent value!
