This was a huge suite in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach.

The location of the hotel was excellent... only two blocks from the beach and a few blocks to the pedestrian-only old city district with lots of restaurants, shopping, and sites. The hotel itself is a bit dated, like something out of the 80’s, although it was clean and comfortable. The lighting was horrible in the bathroom, making hard see while applying makeup or styling hair, and we had some issues with the shower head staying in place. We reserved a junior suite and it was nice to have a small kitchen and a living room area, where we shared wine and appetizers with friends prior to heading out for the evening. The package we had included breakfast, which was worth it for the package deal, but I would have been disappointed if we spent the full 20 euros for it. The pool area and common area were ok, but again, it bit dated.

Excellent position, close to bars, restaurants and beach.

The place was conveniently located in the heart of Nice. The decor and staff helpfulness was great.

Great location but the staff were unhelpful and the hotel was quite tired looking. breakfast was good.

Amazing location and amenities made for a perfect holiday.
