Evin konumu görece iyi.

İnternet çalışmadı. Evin çatısında inşaat vardı ve gürültü oldu. Kiraladığımız odaya ait tuvalet ve banyo başka bir odadaydı, her defasında anahtarla gidip gelmek durumunda kaldık.

Qualità/prezzo davvero buona. Non proprio centralissimo ma collegato bene con i mezzi pubblici da una fermata a pochi metri dalle camere. Staff educato e gentilissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno di qualche giorno ad Edimburgo!

Çalışan güler yüzlü. Mesajlara hızlı dönüş yapıyorlar. Şehir merkezine ulaşım için otobüs durağı çok yakın. Yakınlarda market var. Sıcak su ve ısıtma sistemi iyi çalışıyor.

Havlular biraz pisti. Oda çok küçük. Üst kattan yürüme sesleri çok geliyor. Ses yalıtımı iyi değil. Yatak 2 kişilik ama biraz küçük gibiydi.

everything, location, noise bed,noise doors, smells, The property description on Booking.com had very little to do with the actual condition and standard of the accommodation. In my opinion, Booking.com should start properly verifying the accuracy of the information and descriptions provided by property owners before allowing them to advertise on the platform. The listing was misleading and did not reflect reality, which was very disappointing.

We stayed at Aynetree Guest House in Edinburgh from Saturday to Monday and had a really positive experience. Our journey didn’t go to plan as our car broke down on the way, which meant we arrived much later than expected—around midnight. The owner was incredibly patient and kind, waiting up for us despite the late hour, which we truly appreciated after a stressful trip. When we finally got settled, we were very pleased with the room. It was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. That level of cleanliness made it easy to relax straight away. Overall, we had a great stay and are very grateful for the understanding and hospitality shown to us. We would definitely recommend Aynetree Guest House to others visiting Edinburgh.
