Personale inesistente, arrivi in ricezione e devi telefonare a qualcuno che ti dà tutte le istruzioni, solo tedesco o inglese. Pagato 40 euro come supplemento per cagnolino e parcheggio.

Old style Swiss building, lots of character. Great breakfast buffet. Great Location, close to rail.

Room was a bit small. No facilities besides a coffee maker. But there was a refrigerator on the floor for shared use.

The location was great, the walkout balcony and river view was excellent.

The poor lighting in the room, no staff in the building except when serving breakfast. The lack of staff upon check-in was difficult to navigate arrival, and the front door being key only was difficult to unlock most times to re-enter the hotel.
