Hotel Weisses Kreuz

Well located. Staff nice and helpful

Located midway between the Interlaken West & Ost stations, it is walkable distance within major tourist attractions like Harder Kulm, Casino, BR Chopra statue and the convenience stores Migros & Coop etc. A must do is the Lake Brienz cruise the boarding point is of which is about 20 minutes walk from the Hotel. The public bus stop is just outside the Hotel and hence very very convenient. Ms. Adele Otilia and Mr. Pedro Silva at the Reception were super hosts, very friendly and with lots of good advice - places to visit and the costs involved. The rooms are spacious and the toiletries are aplenty. Nowhere that we stayed found so many toiletries and towels as in this place. Mr. Frank in the Breakfast area was super friendly and helpful who served us with an ever smiling face. Thanks guys for making our stay memorable. A warning sign in the bath not to splay water outside the bathtub helps in being cautious ab initio. Overall a truly good Hotel and would rate them 4.5 on a scale of 5.

Very convenient to a very useful bus stop. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was comfy and clean and the staff were great.

The accommodation

The hotel was really well located, close to the train station, so an easy walk. It is right in the middle of town. Old style hotel that had lots of character And a nice buffet breakfast And in Interlaken, you get free bus transport for tourists Found a wonderful brewery bar, just across the road and about 50 m away Very reasonable meals and a great range of beer

Staff was kind, room was well equipped. Breakfast was decent. Walkable from the main station and convenient to activities in town

Check-in staff was great. We had our room upgraded free of charge to allow us more room.

Nice warm and clean room, with a comfortable bed, and lots of English channels on tv. It is very conveniently located very close to Interlaken West train station. They kept my luggage fir the day after I checked out so I was able to go explore Grindewal without having to bring my luggage with me and that was nice. They have an Italian restaurant on site that was full and smelled good, but I didn't eat there because I wanted to try some Swiss Rösti instead. I would recommend and would definitely stay there if I ever go back.
