Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and overall the hotel provided good value.

Very clean rooms. Overall location was good. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Front desk staff very helpful.

I liked that breakfast was included, the staff were wonderful and helpful and it is very clean. We thought the rooms were way too dark. Impossible to read in the rooms and in bed.

The hotel itself is very nice but the area around is hit or miss. But - it is VERY close to the Enzo Ferrari museum, which is why we chose to stay there!

Great one night stay in Modena. Really modern, updated room, with comfy bed. Room was small, but fine for two people, and really, you're not spending time in your hotel room anyway. The staff was helpful and friendly. Conveniently located near the train station and a short walk to all the cool places and restaurants in Modena.

This is my second time here, I have been trying many hotels around Modena and so far this has the best breakfast. And the comfiest bed- and huge for 1 single man. Bathroom is small though and shower is cramped but good shower head. Tea making facilities and always friendly staff. Will probably stay here again

As per other reviews the hotel is “boutique”. It’s fine for very average sized people but not for those who are a bit bigger than average. I can’t imagine it would be comfortable for them as the rooms and bathrooms are quite small. However this hotel is great value for the location- comfortable bed - very clean - good breakfast- blackout curtains. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring Modena and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveling in from Canada and stayed here for a bit. The gentleman at the front counter was an absolute joy. Extremely polished, friendly and helpful. So nice to be greater by a smiling face :-) Facility is beautiful and breakfast was top notch.

Great location. easy walk to train station, Enzo Ferrari museum, old city and several good restaurants. Every amenity and even full breakfast, with scrambled eggs, bacon as well as great spread of italian pastries, fruit, juices. staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel very central, clean and warm, slightly small bathroom but nothing to complain about.
