Not enough accommodation especially at night, to a disable person, at the breakfast meal, very unorganized set up luck of personnel. limited attendance at night, i must say the sale out is the location, and the event

Food services is extremely bad at the lounge. Food is amazing but the time it takes to get you food is outrageous and the staff does not give a timeframe

I won’t recommend it. It feels creepy especially at night time. The hotel lobby was located at the 3rd floor.

No concierge available at night. So no wheelchairs are available where you get dropped off at the hotel at night. You have to walk a good distance from drop off to front desk.

Me my husband and babybstayed at the Aqua Room for 2 nights. The fish tank wall is a memorable experiences. We also partook in the ocean park fun. So handy that theyre on the same site

Good value for money Bigger pool wasn’t available but not too much of an issue Location isn’t ideal but not horrendous

Its not well maintained. Its not senior/disabled friendly. Staff are not helpful. Not recommended at all

We asked to have our room cleaned but when we came back the floor was not vacuumed or swept The beddings were not replaced just made up we know cuz the sheets already had stains when we checked in
