We were put in a room with a view of a great pile of rubbish outside from nxt door a cushion threw on the floor outside our room the wire hanging off the wall..we asked to be moved an was told fully booked..we paid 110 pound 4 the night and we are in the process of sending a complaint

The hotel looks beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and the food was excellent. The pool and sauna were fantastic. While not large, they had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. The bed and linens were fresh and clean, but there was a lot of dust on the cabinets and bedside lamps. I quickly dusted it myself . The bathroom was okay, although an extra cleaning would be helpful. Other than that, it was large and spacious, and I'm satisfied.
